बाडमेर। रामसर क्षेत्र के गागरिया गांव की एक महिला के साथ नौ लोगों ने बलात्कार किया, पुलिस ने घर में घुसने और अपहरण का मामला दर्ज कर संगीन वारदात को दिया। दबा देने का प्रयास किया। लेकिन घटना के 18 दिन बाद विवाहिता ने मजिस्ट्रेट के समक्ष दिए बयानों में आपबीती सुनाई तो रोंगटे खडे हो गए।
विवाहिता ने अदालत में बयान में बताया कि वह गागरिया में अपनी सास व पुत्र-पुत्री के साथ रहती है। उसका वाहन चालक पति काम पर गया हुआ था तब 21 अप्रेल की रात बारह व एक बजे के बीच गागरिया के ही नबिया, मिस्त्री, अलीया, सलीया, धन्ना व रियाद उसके घर में घुसे और उसे घर से उठाकर एक किलोमीटर दूर एक टांके के पास ले गए।
वहां एक गाडी खडी थी जिसमें रमदा, हयात व हमला बैठे थे। इन्होंने उसे गाडी में डाला और खुद भी सवार हो गए। गाडी को मापुरी गांव की सरहद में ले गए। वहां नबिया, मिस्त्री, अलीया व सलीया ने उसके साथ बलात्कार किया। इसके बाद तडके करीब चार बजे उसे एक सुनसान ढाणी में ले जाया गया, वहां पर धन्ना ने उसके साथ बलात्कार किया।
दूसरे दिन वह ढाणी में ही रही। रात करीब ग्यारह बजे फिर रमदा, हयात व हमला ने उसके साथ बलात्कार किया। बाद में उसे रात को ही एक गाडी में बिठाकर गागरिया बस स्टैण्ड के पास कच्ची सडक पर छोड दिया गया। अगले दिन सुबह करीब आठ-नौ बजे गंभीर हालत में दो जनों ने उसे रामसर अस्पताल पहुंचाया। जहां 24 अप्रेल को रामसर थाना पुलिस व 28 अप्रेल को पुलिस उप अधीक्षक चौहटन ने उसके बयान लिए।
पुलिस ने बताया अपहरण
चौबीस अप्रेल के बयानों के आधार पर रामसर थाने में घर में अनघिकृत प्रवेश व अपहरण का मामला दर्ज कर चार जनों को आरोपी बनाया गया। पुलिस उप अधीक्षक के बयान लेने के बाद के चारों आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार किया गया। लेकिन सामूहिक बलात्कार का तथ्य पुलिस की कार्यवाही में नहीं आने पर पीडिता पुलिस अधीक्षक से मिली और मजिस्ट्रेट के समक्ष बयान करवाने की गुहार की। सोमवार को मजिस्ट्रेट के समक्ष बयान में पुलिस की पोल खुल गई।
अपहरण की घटना बताई थी
पीडिता ने अपने बयानों में बलात्कार जैसी कोई बात नहीं बताई। पुलिस ने अपहरण प्रकरण के आधार पर कार्यवाही की।

Man mows down two teachers with tractor

JAISALMER: Two school teachers were brutally killed by a fellow villager who ran a tractor over them at a village in Jaisalmer district on Tuesday. The accused was arrested immediately after the incident.

According to the police, the incident took place near Pakher village in the district. The murdered — Deep Singh (55) and Kalyan Singh (40) — both belonging to Pakher village, were teachers at a school in a nearby village called Leela Parivar. The accused has been identified as Indra Singh.

“A property dispute has been going on between the families of Indra Singh and the deceased. Deep Singh and Kalyan Singh were close relatives. A case, registered in this regard in 2008 with Mohangarh police station, is still pending,” said SP, Jaisalmer, S Parimala.

According to the SP, a fight took place between the two sides recently. Many villagers had told the police about the fight which escalated the tension between the two families.

On Tuesday, Deep Singh and Kalyan Singh were returning home on foot from Leela Parivar village at around 2 pm after school hours. “Indra Singh knew the two persons routine and was waiting at an isolated area near Pakher village on their way,” the SP said. As soon as Indra Singh spotted the two approaching, he started his tractor and drove it towards them. Both Deep Singh and Kalyan Singh were caught unaware as the tractor ran over them.

“A villager, who witnessed the incident, rushed to Pakher village and informed the residents there. After that the police were informed,” SP Parimala said.

“We immediately sent a police team in search of Indra Singh and arrested him,” she said. The police handed over the bodies to family members after conducting the postmortem.
